A bespoke show can be required for so many reasons, from a “branded” show to draw people to your stand at a large trade show, to themed entertainment for an exclusive gala dinner.
A bespoke show will allow you to have the entertainment you desire and IA Productions will work with you to ensure that your vision is brought to life in a creative and entertaining way.
Our creative team work closely with our clients to explore the project. This may require us to meet a specific design brief, or to develop our own creative ideas for the event – we are just as happy in either role.
During this process we will provide videos of possible performers and artists sketches to give an indication of the overall aesthetic of the event.
As the project moves forwards we will arrange the many essential, but often overlooked, things that go to make up a successful production. This includes designing and building props, set & staging, costume creation, sound and lighting, set design and creation, AV requirements and a myriad of other components.
Additionally we will also ensure that the necessary paperwork is in place to comply with all current legislation.
Our production team will manage the running of the event to ensure that it runs effortlessly. We can provide both event managers to run the event and stage managers for the show. In addition we can also supply the technical team necessary to run the sound and AV requirements.
